The UI does not use hard-coded sounds. If a sound output is intentional, I will resort to the files from the client. The Kaldorei Wind Chimes is the best example of this. This is also the sound played in your running in a sound loop. You may have used the toy and the client has created the sound loop (the sound is also about 3s)....

I'm having issue on one of my characters where I can chear chime sound every like 3 seconds. There is no error or anything. Opening the map also plays that sound for some reason.
