 Problem logging in

Hey,
I was trying to install Carbon UI. I copied the files to WoW directory, renamed the files in WTF etc but when I launch the game and try to log in I get error message that I my account may not have a WoW account merged in it or that I am trying to log in from the wrong country. How can I resolve this issue?
