Is there a reason why I can't use ground targeted skills/items? Is it the UI(bug? reloadui issue?) or blizzard fudging things up? I use skill/item and click on ground where I want it and it doesn't do anything. it just keeps the green circle up. Tried with and without addons. Addons used: Auctionator DBM Can I mogit? Master...

I can't install the UI as an error pops up behind the install box and I can't move the install box area to close it. Have no other addons installed/activated http://imgur.com/a/N8yT2
