Not getting Northrend info

I am not getting any quest comments for any of the Northrend quests. I have downloaded and reinstalled Lightheaded and TomTom twice now. Each folder is under program files/world of warcraft/interface/addons/. I am still getting info for everything prior to the expansion, just nothing new. Is there something else I need to do? Edit...
