How do I move the bag location?

I'm using a different resolution than most and i'm wondering if there is a way to move the default BAG location. The placement tool is not allowing me to move that BAG at all. I love this UI so much. It's so clean and smooth looking. Awesome Job! Amadoth

Hands down one of the best UI's I've used so far. I play at 3440x1440 so as you can guess the minimap is quite small. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to resize the minimap at all. I know the directions say to click on the long bar to stretch it but all that happens is the minimap is then hidden and clicking it again shows...
