Cannot import database..

I have been searching for... an hour. There is no 'tab' to import a database within the Gatherer UI or HUD. I have checked all areas, no red tab, I have searched and read every checkbox and slider, no import is mentioned at all. I have all addons enabled, gatherer, HUD, swatter, and sliders.
