 Unit frame and chat options?

I'd like to move my unit frames. I don't mind where mine is at off to the left... but my target unit frame is not to the right, it's on the 'bottom'. I've been through all of the options for FreeUI and Bartender. :(
Also, Is there no options for chat? moving the say box to the bottom, fading, or colors? :confused:
