Frame Lag

Ever since I installed this UI I get massive frame drops. I average roughly 50 FPS on Good settings but when I get stunned I drop to like 5-10 FPS for the duration of the stun. Also tested with no addons turned on and I don't get any lag. Any idea what's causing it?
