 ElvUI Middle Mouse Click Focus

Hey I couldn't find any help on this. I use both Clique and Elvui. With Elvui's Unit Frames I enjoy middle mouse clicking my target to focus them. When Installing Clique this function no longer works, instead the option is grayed out in the ElvUI options. I have ElvUF_Target on the Frame Blacklist btw. Thanks for the help.
