you moved the chat box to the bottom but the dps party frames are still there too No, the chat box is supposed to be in the upper left. You will probably see the broker icons in the upper left. For some reason the setup doesn't move it properly. All I did was unlock the chat frame and drag it to the top.

Another issue I'm having is that the default blizzard rune bar is showing up in the chat area, even though its disabled in SUF. A /rl fixes it until i zone anywhere, then it comes back. As for my other issue. I'll wait till mayron releases a fix for it.

I'm having some trouble with the minimap. The clock and pvp/lfg/lfr icon overlap. Also, the border and background when hovering over the lfg icon are wonky. http://i.imgur.com/G57ny.jpg

Does this still work with 4.3? I enabled it in addon menu with "Load out of date" checked, but don't see the cooldowns on my enemies nameplates.
