Disabling LUI nameplates?

Is there no longer a way to disable LUI's nameplates? I want to use another nameplate mod but I still want all of the other LUI features.

Thank you very much! The power/health is perfect! I think you misunderstood what I was asking about markbar earlier though. I don't want to be able to turn it on or off in combat. I know that is hard to do with Blizzard's API. What I wanted to do was fix a defect that makes it possible to make the markbar button completely disappe...

Is there any way to get a text value for the power bar of my target? (especially if the target is a player) I'd like it to show "current power/max power" right on top of the power bar but just showing "current power" would work too.
