The version on this site doesnt work? Edit: I downloaded the version you linked, but I still get the same thing. I see the cast bar and the swing timer, but no buff or debuff bars.

Hello, I am trying a fresh install of the latest Quartz. The only other mod I have at this point is Spartan UI. (I also tried this with the default blizzard UI and had the same problem). The issue is, I see the Quartz cast bar and the swing bar, but thats it. I dont get any of the nice looking timers or anything. Can anyone he...
