POWA CD Tracking

Is there a way to set up POWA so that it shows my aura when a cooldown is up and the spell isn't active. For example, Starsurge is off cooldown and I need to cast it so I have an aura show me when I need to cast it. Any help?

Have you thought about trying out a circular cast bar? Kind like the vista version of the loading indicator instead of the old hour glass.
