 Broadcast to raid not working

I am having the same problem as Kendian here and its quite frustrating as I am meant to be the raid leader for our team yet I can't do a simple pull timer for all to see :(
I am using the version big wigs boss mods v.10882 and the timers work for me seeing them but not for other people and the only way I can get people to see them...
