QH working in Northrend?

Hi, Been using and loving the addon for a while and just taken my DK into Northrend and QH is not showing any quest waypoints on the map or the waypoint arrow. I am using Cartographer and MonkeyQuest if that makes any difference? Thanks in advance for the help. SS

getting the same errors. also not getting the popup on GuildFu and a few other addons. Not remembering the position of the addon and resetting to the left hand side is a real pain. But saying that still great ;) SS
