You should disable the option for the busy-message in the global options with "/ar options"
If it dont work pls contact me again.
As i understand, someone whispers you about 50 times in a small amount of time. Is this correct? I will check if i can make some timer in there.

I was thinking about some major options for the whole mod so this could be one of them. I have no ambitions to rewrite this mod as a BigWigs Addon, but if someone else will do that, he will be free to do so.
