Just curious how do I turn on some certain buff's on my target? I saw a nice mount yesterday and wanted to try and figure out what mount it was but i couldn't see the target's buffs....is this something I would turn on in PB or Satrina?

What addon shows the icons right to the side of the player, for example on my death knight it shows the killing machine proc there, I want to make those icons a tad bigger....
In your 25 man screenshot it's those icons like the one for Serendipity and Surge of Light.
