No bars to select when i get ingame.

Yo everyone i've a problem, i followed the installation guide, but when i get ingame, and i have to press the ''load castbar'' there is no option for me to press that buttom, and afterwards the ui is just completly screwed, nothing changes, and i can't seem to find the problem. Anyone have an idear pls help me :) I have used thi...
