Those are the default Blizzard bars. You have to enable them in the interface settings under your actionbar settings. WOW! Thanks so much for the fast reply.....now i feel like an idiot. Great UI btw i plan on using it from now on :)

Hi, i download the UI and set it up on my Druid and also on my Shaman, but when i went to set it up on my Death Knight or Rogue the top 2 hotkey bars were missing completely. When i unlocked the RABS frames i could see that the bars were still there and movable, they are just invisible and im unable to put skills on them. Could ya he...
