Good start on a potentially awesome mod

I love being able to move my buff bar where ever I want. It's a big step towards getting my UI exactly how I want it. I would echo the earlier request, though, to have the option to separate out buffs and debuffs, and I would add a request to also allow moving your target's buffs.
