I apologize I feel so stupid. It was another addon that I thought was a different part of the UI. Everything's good on my end thanks for responding.

Can you show a screenshot of what you're trying to turn off? https://imgur.com/RYVjUbx People are saying check off Player Resource Display but it is nowhere to be seen in options. Even unloading all addons does not reveal PRD anywhere.

Can't seem to turn off the secondary bars. I cant find any Personal Resource Display in any of the WoW or IceHUD options. Reloading with 0 addons gave no result, and I cant seem to even move them out of the way. Am I missing something obvious?
