Mistweaver Monk - Offhand Weapon unusable?

Hello, New to the "mistweaver" spec, so forgive me if there's an "obvious" reason for this, but........ I just noticed that the default scale for Mistweaver Monks has "Offhand Weapon" flagged as unusable. I'm not sure if this was intentional, so I wanted to point it out. Thanks, Eddy
