Hmmm. It seems the /rabs unlock does not unlock bar 1 and 2 in the new version. This means I can't swap my bar 1 to the top and bar 3 to the bottom.

Is there *any* way to have "vehicle buttons" moved from the bottom bar to the top bar? (I can't stand having my (1),(2),(3) etc hotkeys (most used abilities) binded to the bottom bar so I have them on the top bar, however whenever im in a vehicle, the vehicle buttons appear on the very bottom bar forcing me to click those abiliti...
