 Tooltip help

I noticed when I hover over npc names a tooltip will appear where my chat screen is located. I have searched all the addons and got the logout/breathe indicator moved but cannot figure out how to move the tooltip for mouseover. I really love ur ui and hope this is enough information cause I have searched a lot of threads with people...
