can i bind decursive on keyb for using it when i play alone (for solo playing) without mouse. i dont want to have the mouse over the muf i just want to press keyb is it posible?

I love decursive, its a nice addon i always use on arenas. BUt i got a problem dispelling sometimes unstable affliction by mistake. Is there any option to disable or blacklist dispels when target is aflicted by unstable affliction. Just to be sure i dont clik the decursive Muf by mistake and get silenced and hurted by unstab...
