Both issues are fixed on my local copy already. For now disable the nameplates.
For the chi problem. Here is the quick-fix. Open http://code.google.com/p/rothui/source/browse/trunk/wow5.0/oUF_Diablo/modules/oUF_Harmony.lua
Change this
local SPELL_POWER_LIGHT_FORCE = SPELL_POWER_LIGHT_FORCE
to
local SPELL_POWER_LIGHT_FORCE = SP...
