Is it possible to anchor the first loot window on the bottom, so they grow bottom to top, and not top to bottom?

I am torn between this and macaroon. Something that means a lot to me will be if I can make my XP bar thinner and stretch across the whole bottom of my screen. I want it to be longer without getting taller. Is this possible?
