 BfA Beta build bug - Can't close options panel

after activating the options panel I am unable to close it (I accessed it from the Meter Window, though have also seen this issue described through mini-map button access. I do not know for certain that I was in combat or not at the time of accessing. I receive a LUA error but cannot copy the text here as it is behind the uncloseable...
