Cannot get 11302-1.1.0 to load at all.

I'm probably doing something really, really dumb. I wanted to try one of the betas to see if it would pull in quest data for Mechagon and Nazjatar, so I tried 11302-1.1.0 (not classic, obviously), but I cannot get it to load, even if it's the only addon enabled. Replacing ChatFrameEditBox with ChatFrame1EditBox will only fix it if you're on the General (or whatever happens to be your first) chat tab.
