I've also had the same problem with only Immolate. I fade between destruction and demonology depending on my mood, but I have not tried affliction since 3.0. I can't speak to unstable affliction or haunt, but immolate definitely does not show up more than half the time. Quite frustrating when trying to time incinerates and conflagrat...
