Decay issue?

I have my decay set to 10% weekly. Is there a reason why it appears to not be decaying at all? Here's the link to my table, I just did a 10% decay yesterday (the beginning of our raiding week) and its showing as 0% decay for everyone. Am I doing something wrong, or is there a bug?

Is there anyway to fully remove the ghost players that are no longer in a guild other then what you described doing in the description of the mod itself? Following it step by step, isn't fixing this issue for me.

Many issues after 3.1

I'm not sure if this is a conflict issue, or something new with the ghost folders or something, but the addon isn't loading at all. The mini map button shows, but I can't click to open anything. None of the slash commands are registering either. Any idea what it might be?
