Ah I see. I messed with the lua a bit and moved them to where the chat backdrops were separate from the actionbar backdrop. It's been a while since I've tinkered with lua but it came back sort of quickly ;) The KgPanels for the unitframes weren't a problem. I run at 2650x1900. System > Advanced > UI scale… heh I couldnt find...

Edit: Figured out the WA issue, it wasn't loading because my lock is destro. Fixed now though. The chat panels are off, and appears opEngine is the addon you're using to do them. Is there an in-game config menu for them?

Awesome, thanks! Going through it, it seems your set up instructions are out of date, as well as your WA strings. There are no bars in the ones included in this update. Also, the unitframes and chat backdrops are off, unless I'm not doing something correctly, which is entirely possible :)
