not sure if it will change everything, but you can try adjusting f:SetBackdropColor and f:SetBackdropBorderColor. numbers range between 0 and 1. examples on grey
f:SetBackdropColor(0.2, 0.2, 0.2, a or alpha)
f:SetBackdropColor(0.2, 0.2, 0.2)
