for anyone whose arrow shows up during death but not while alive. Go to: -Quest objective -enable automatic quest objective waypoints I didn't have that last one ticked off which is why I only saw an arrow while I was dead.

OK, so the arrow only shows up when I'm dead. I checked all of my settings and it should be pointing me to my nearest quest. Logged out, logged back in; nothing.
