 can you return casting bar?

aloft new version TLK beta, i lost enemy casting bar which i dont select target.
now the only one target (which i selected) show me mana bar and casting bar.
ok... hide mana bar for saving memory resourses, fine.
but hide enemy casting bar.... it make me weak at PVP, battleground.
blizzard`s basic nameplates can show cast...
