Something went screwy in 6.0. The fonts all look awful now, even with a fresh install. Do you still have the "Fonts" folder in the WoW Client? I just edited my reply and figured it out. Edit: I found the culprit. Apparently using CMAA in Windowed Mode screws with the fonts. You have to use FXAA or None for that not to happen....
