A solution for this problem is to edit "enUS.lua" in localization folder and change :
if ( GetLocale() ~= "enUS" ) then return end
"enUS" with your language. "itIT" for italian in my case and work well

I think you need to install Gnosis and Tiptac as written in the description of the interface
