Maybe I am being really stupid here...

Maybe I am being really stupid here but I followed all the installation instructions (they aren't that complicated...) so I deleted the existing Interface and WTF folder... then I just extracted the ZIP into my WOW folder... Yet when I log in the UI looks like half the components didn't load! Any idea what I am doing wrong?...
