 Change the TOC File in each directory from 40200 to 40300

A little question i downloaded the newest version of lightheaded but it doesnt show me quest comments of wow head.
Is there anything i did wrong?
It was probably not installed correctly. Please remove all LightHeaded folders from your addons directory and reinstall LightHeaded.
I feel really stupid right now. Did what you said...
