Garrison issue

LOVE this UI... only thing i could not get to work as it should was the Garrison window. Even when hot key'ed it still wont open the garrison window. Have i installed something wrong? (everything else works and is installed right) Is there a way to get this working? do i need to adjust something that i missed in your video???...
