You can add your own buffs/debuffs to the spelltimer by adding them under Spell Coloring/Filtering.
@Irons:
Spell Timer-->Spell Coloring/Filtering-->Crusader Strike-->Cooldowns--Show

It appears that freezing arrow does not show on the portrait; however, freezing traps than have been placed normally show normally.
Haven't encountered anything else.
Edit: Discovered that it is a different debuff called "Freezing Arrow Effect". Works fine.
Suggestion: it'd be nice to be able...
