Do you have Auctionator activated ?
After disabling Auctionator the bug does not occur anymore for me.

I have this issue too, its actually been going on since 7.12 I think, If you open and close your bags several times, it seems to go away.

Hey, i got problem with vehicle control bar (not dismount button) i cant see it, but i can use spells =\ This panel didnt swap when i use vehicles, this is something with my configuration? Can you help me?
