Quest minimap icons

An extremely long term user of Skaarj UI and first query. I've never really been an expert at managing LUI or any of that. I was wondering if there was a way to reactivate quest objectives to be displayed on the minimap so I'm not constantly pressing the map to find where I need to go?

My map is still on the right hand side. Is this because of an out of date addon, or is this just not following the instructions correctly? Although I'm almost certain I followed them perfectly. You can't be certain.

When I attack a target, my dots appear above my portrait (Shadow word pain for example) In your screenshot I found that the timer of your shadow word pain was above the icon. Were in mine. It is below. and into the unit frame. Which doesn't allow me to read the timer. Im sure it's easy as an option switch, but im not sure how to do t...
