OK so it was hard to test but I just created a char on a russian server to test this. So I checked and the fonts that are in the UI by default both support the Cyrillic alphabet: http://i.imgur.com/ld89Npd.jpg The problem is in the Addon SharedMediaAdditionalFonts it looks like it dosen't work on russian client! As a workaround...

Hey! Love your UI, nice and clean, my Shamy sends her gratitude :) I have a font problem though, I'm on Russian servers and sadly I cannot switch language to English, that's why I need to know which font I need to replace so my character\targets names can display(player\target\focus frames) properly instad of '????'.

I have no idea what could be causing them to do that. I'd check with the respective addons author pages, or find an alternative addon. As for the buffs, go to /raven > Target > create icons > Bar Groups > Debuffs > Disable > Buffs > Cast by > Anyone. And then customize the looks to your liking! Done, thanks! :)
