 Raid Frames help

Hey mate
Superb UI, I mean its amazing.
I just have a slight problem. Which is frustrating me due to my lack of knowledge on how to change it.
Whilst healing. When a person gets a debuff it appears on the frame next to them and it takes up a large sum of my unit frame
Whatever I tried I couldn't get it similar to the stan...

I have a slight problem.
I main a resto shaman and when I put totems down I cannot see any totems anywhere, Am I just blind and missing things or is there something I need to do in order to see Totems?
