 Current HP with Decimals Lua

Hey guys, I really love this mod, but I'm not quite satisfied with how the shows. The single millions category isn't precise enough for me, as it shows 1.8m instead of 1.77m which is my actual HP.
Can anyone help me with some LUA code so I can fix this problem?
