options lua error

In v2.21 right clicking the window tab to show options, it gives a lua error in Options.lua:746 : attempt to call global 'InterfaceOptionsFrame_OpenToFrame' (a nil value)
Edit: it turned out that the version installed by wowmatrix had this bug. Downloaded from Wowinterface, and it works fine.

Thank you it works now, but without the /targetlasttarget part, somehow it messes up the targeting. It happened that I targeted a guy in Shatt, clicked on my name in healbot and the heal landed on the guy. And of course I forgot to reload UI before :).

I noticed that sometimes the experience gained is not displayed correctly in Eavesdrop. For example the quest Into the Scarlet Monastery gives 500 rep and 7200 xp according to the combat log or chat window. Eavesdrop shows 3 entries: +500 (Undercity), +6156(xp), +0(xp). I noticed that sometimes the default right click whisper function doesn't work. For example when I select someone in the guild or friend list, and select Whisper in the right click menu, nothing happens. I have to type /w Xyz to send the whisper. Is there an option that manages this? I couldn't find any.
