 Low framerate with TomTom ! ! !

I've had TomTom for a few months now and its worked great,but over the past few days my framerate had dropped from around 60fps to 10-20fps.
If i disable TomTom it goes back up to 60fps.
Even if Tom Tom is the only addon enabled,i still only get 10-20fps.
Other addons im using are....
