Defult rule change..

Whenever I update this addon again I'm going to change the default rule for turning in a quest. I've found, especially in northrend, that getting drinks from turning in quests provides too many drinks when leveling. Plus its not as fun to get a 'burst' of drinks when you visit the town. I would suggest anyone trying the addon now...
