I downloaded this but I have a couple problems.
Seems like Blackout Kick and Tiger Power proc aren't in the right spots. I fixed this by simply moving stuff around.
WW's got a new perk that makes spinning crane kick (not RJW) 2x faster than before so weakaura is longer than the cast time of SCK.
